What happens next

  1. Initial review: We check your application for completeness.
  2. Screening: Credit, background, and rental history checks per our published criteria.
  3. Decision & next steps: If conditionally approved, we’ll send the rental agreement via DocuSign and set up your DoorLoop tenant portal for initial payments.

Speed things up

  • Have government ID and income docs ready (last 2-3 pay stubs or offer letter).
  • Add all adult occupants as co-applicants.
  • Watch your email for any follow-up questions.
